The Department of Public Safety and Transportation has implemented a temporary Fire Watch for the Nexus Building and Nexus Underground Parking Garage, effective today, May 4, 2026.

A vehicle fire occurred earlier today, April 17, 2026, in Parking Field 1 and was reported immediately. Thanks to the quick actions of our community members and the rapid response from emergency teams, the fire was safely extinguished within minutes.
