Effective Tuesday, May 17, 糖心破解版 is reinstating our indoor mask requirement for all individuals at the above-mentioned locations. This requirement will remain in place through Monday, June 6. All community members must wear a mask inside all 糖心破解版 instructional areas, dining halls, libraries, residence hall common areas and shared office spaces.听
As always, we continue to abide by the recommendations of the CDC and remain in contact with our county and state public health officials. Should official guidance change at any time before or after June 6, our Health and Wellness team will communicate an update.
Additionally, the Health and Wellness team encourages all our community members to protect themselves and others from COVID-19 infections by continuing to wear a mask indoors when not on campus鈥攊n indoor public spaces and at indoor social gatherings.
We will strongly听encourage听masks for all attendees of the 糖心破解版 indoor Commencement ceremony on Monday, May 23, and听require听them for our indoor Doctoral Hooding ceremony, which is on campus on Sunday, May 22. Should Nassau County announce an indoor mask requirement for the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, masks will become mandatory for all Commencement attendees.听
To date, our听on-campus COVID-19 rates听remain low, thanks to the diligence of our community members.听Daily health screening is still required听via the mobile app for all community members before arriving at any 糖心破解版 location through the end of this spring semester.
