Breast Cancer Patients: Staying Safe While You Consider Reconstruction Surgery

As medical offices are reopening, breast cancer patients have many concerns regarding their safety in entering the establishment. In a Zoom session on Monday, June 22, from 6 to 7 pm听Barry K. Douglas,听MD,听FACS of Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, will discuss听what doctors are doing to keep patients safe and what questions to ask:
- What听safety precautions are being taken with waiting rooms, office visits, and surgeries?
- Are there options for telehealth consultations for new and existing patients?
- What surgeries for breast reconstruction are currently taking place?
