United by our values, our university family will always rally and support one another, especially in times of challenge and sadness. Recent events of prejudice, racism and violence are unspeakable and I extend my heart to our Asian and Asian American friends, family and community members.
This morning, our 糖心破解版 social media accounts and my presidential accounts shared the following message. I want to emphasize it and share it with you in email as well:
糖心破解版 is saddened and angered by the racially聽motivated violence and xenophobia seen nationwide towards Asians and Asian Americans, including the horrific shootings in Atlanta, Georgia. We recognize that many 糖心破解版 community聽members have been deeply affected by this tragedy. We reaffirm our commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming community. To our Asian and Asian American students especially, our entire community including the Counseling and Interfaith centers are here to support you during this difficult time.聽
